Kelsey is a little bored at home since we got back from the beach. I have been trying to keep her busy. She likes to play with her little people in shaving cream. She smells so clean when she is done!

Teeth
Kaitlyn has two teeth now. You can see them in this picture of her with her big open smile! She's so happy even when she is drooling all over herself.

"Go Outside?" Kelsey is always ready to go outside. She had a good time playing in her little pool today. She filled it up and then let the water out.

Last Day in the Pool!
Kelsey enjoyed her last day in the pool. She went down the little slide on the side of the pool all be herself. I wish I had a picture but I was videotaping it!
Elvis Night!
On Thursday, Elvis was all over the boardwalk. They had Elvis Karaoke and Elvis singers at the stages. On Saturday, the skydiving Elvis' were scheduled to appear - too bad we had to miss that. Pappy Dave had a good time wearing Kelsey's glow in the dark necklace. Kelsey and David clapped their hands and chased each other around the dance area. 
June 21, 2007 Beach Bums
Everyone enjoyed watching Kelsey and David play together this year. Last year, David slept on the beach all day. This year, he was ready to play. Uncle Paul dug a hole for them to play in each day. They played in the sand for hours. Kelsey loved eating chips and crackers. She was also allowed to have orange soda! This was so exciting! She made sure to get her orange soda as soon as we hit the sand. She needed some extra sugar to keep her going. She only napped one day during the week.
Sleepy Girls!
"I can't like to sleep" Kelsey would say on the way to bed each night. Once she hit the pillow, she was asleep within a few minutes. Kaitlyn snored all night long. 
1 - 2 - 3 JUMP!
On Wednesday night, we swam in the indoor pool until bedtime. Kaitlyn hung out with Nana while Kelsey and David jumped in the pool. They liked the heated indoor pool better than the outdoor pool. 
King Neptune
Here we are in front of the King Neptune statue. They had live music at the stage by the statue each night. Kelsey liked singing and dancing. She said "go to sing and dance?" when we started out on the boardwalk for a walk.
June 20, 2007 Hermit Crab

It was fun to stay at the hotel. Kelsey slept in the same room with us. She had a big queen size bed and Kaitlyn had a crib. Kelsey slept well the whole week. One night, she woke us up laughing to herself. She was talking in her sleep. She said "What are you doing David?" and then giggled and said "Oh David!" Kelsey and David really enjoyed each other's company this week! They played together everyday.
Up there Nana!
Kelsey said "No Nana! No Water!" when Nana tried to walk down to the ocean. She screamed "Hold you Nana!" - which means "hold me" to Kelsey.
No Water!
Kelsey was afraid of the ocean this year. She said "No water" when we tried to take her out to the waves. She let Bob take her out one or two times the whole week.

It was in the high 80's everyday but there was a strong breeze that saved the day for Kaitlyn. She took a nap each day in her pink beach chair.

Swimming!
The pool at the Courtyard was really nice. Kelsey liked her arm floaties and Kaitlyn liked the shade. David and Kelsey played near the steps and splashed around a lot. 
June 18, 2007 VA Beach
We're here! As soon as we got to the beach, Kelsey got her suit out and we went to the pool. She was so excited to try out her noodle. It took 6 hours to get to the beach and the weather was great all week. Kelsey watched movies in the car and Kaitlyn ate a whole jar of baby food and had a bottle. It was a long ride but it was worth it!
Happy Father's Day!
Kelsey got Bob a pass to the movies for Father's Day. They went to see Shrek 3. It was Kelsey's first movie! She sat through about an hour before she started to move around and sit on Bob's lap. She loved her popcorn and soda.
Bob got a beach cart to use on our trip to VA Beach this week! Now he can carry our chairs, umbrella, tent, towels, cooler, and toys down to the beach all by himself!
June 16, 2007 Delgrosso's Picnic
We went to Delgrosso's on Saturday with Grandma and Pappy Bob. Kelsey and Grandma got all day ride passes and had a good time on the merry go round. They rode it seven times! Kelsey was a little bit afraid of the kiddie rides but she tried a few of them out. Kaitlyn is getting her first two teeth and she drooled all day long!
